Building digital products that actually solve problems
We're Harvey and Isaac. Two developers who started building websites as teenagers and never stopped. No agencies, no outsourcing, no fluff. Just us, our code, and a commitment to building products that work.
How it started
Harvey and Isaac met at City College Norwich on a T-Level Digital Software Design course. While other students treated it like a box-ticking exercise, they were actually building things. Real websites, actual software, functional code.
After a few months, they realized they were learning more from personal projects and online resources than from the course itself. So at 16 and 18, they dropped out and went all in on building their own path.
Self-employment wasn't foreign to them. Harvey's dad is an electrical engineer running his own business. Isaac's dad is a barber with his own shop. Growing up around fathers who worked for themselves meant starting Arcscribe at that age felt natural rather than risky.
There was another friend at college who was into business. He talked about charging premium prices, but the products he delivered were mediocre at best. Harvey and Isaac saw the opportunity: clients paying serious money for subpar work because they didn't know better.
From websites to web apps
They started with web design for local businesses. Small projects, quick turnarounds, building reputation one site at a time. Quality spoke for itself, and word spread fast.
As their skills developed and clients started requesting more complex solutions, they moved into custom web applications. Booking systems, CRMs, internal tools. Proper software that solved actual business problems instead of just looking good.
Now they're building their own SaaS product. Orbit is currently in development, born from watching service businesses struggle with fragmented tools. CRM here, invoicing there, scheduling somewhere else. They're building something better. Everything in one place.
Today, Arcscribe operates out of Norwich Digital Hub (postcode NR1 3DT), working with clients across the UK. Still just Harvey and Isaac. Still writing the code themselves. Still refusing to compromise on quality.
Meet the team
Two founders. Zero middlemen. Just direct communication and quality work.

Harvey handles the technical side of Arcscribe. System architecture, database design, frontend, backend, deployment. He specializes in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. Obsessed with writing clean code and building systems that scale properly.
When he's not coding, he's researching new frameworks, optimizing database queries, or testing dev tools. If there's a better way to build something, Harvey will find it.

Isaac Marshall
Commercial Director
Isaac manages the commercial side. Client relationships, project planning, business development. His strength is translating technical complexity into clear strategy that aligns with business goals.
He makes sure projects stay on track, communication stays clear, and clients get what they actually need (not always what they initially ask for). Also leads product direction for Orbit, the SaaS platform currently in development for service businesses.
